Joseph has a great company.  He helped us out with a bed bug problem in our home.  He responded to all our calls and was very knowledgeable about how to tackle the problem.   He also helped us to get too quality mattress encasement covers to stop the bed bugs from hiding in our mattresses.  We did the heat treatment and I feel that was the right option for our family.  I read bed bugs are the hardest to
get rid of, but with All Pro Pest Control they showed me we were in good hands and they would help us all the way to get rid of these stressful pests!

He was extremely helpful, nice, and reassuring as I was freaking out having 2 babies in the house. He made me a priority first thing this morning and came out. You MUST use All Pro pest control for all of your pest problems. No joke, Joseph and his technician are the most knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough exterminators out there. We had (yes had, as in no more) a pretty nasty bed bug problem, and All Pro came to us with a detailed plan. We received their high tech heat treatment, and we followed all of their suggestions, and we have been pest free for months! Joseph uses the latest heating technology that does not damage your household furniture. Honestly, my family was pretty obsessive in getting rid of bed bugs. We were also traumatized, since bed bugs are a traumatizing experience!!!! But All Pro was extremely reassuring and helpful and even came back for a few follow up inspections. They are the best of the best. I'm only saying this because it's true and we wouldn't be pest free without them. We even consulted with other pest control agencies and ultimately determined All Pro was the most affordable, thorough, and used the best non-invasive technology. Incredibly happy with the service.

Came back from vacation and had a bed bug scare.  I called around as fast as I could for someone to come out and inspect the situation. Nobody could come out for days until I got a hold of Joseph. He put my OCD bug brain at ease and was there the same day. Incredibly happy with the service.

This place is amazing, first of all, I called it at 5:30 and not only were they still open but someone was there to answer the phone and help me out. I had called several other places and no one answered or no one was able to help me until the next few days. I explained my problem and I was quickly transferred to someone else who could help me, he told me to send him a picture of my bugs so he could take a look at them and help me out. First of all, I thought that was really great because instead of trying to take me for money he wanted to genuinely help out first to see if it was necessary for him to come out to my home. I sent him the picture he called me back within minutes and explained what it was and told me how to take care of it!! I was so relieved that I didn't have to pay for an exterminator and I was going to be able to sleep in my home without being freaked out by bugs. If we ever have any pest, spiders, or bugs this is definitely the place that I'm going to call and tell people about. I'm so grateful for their help.
